Quality teaching is paramount for fostering effective learning environments in schools worldwide, emphasizing the intentional establishment of educational institutions. School managers and administrators play a pivotal role in ensuring the realization of educational goals through the promotion of quality teaching and learning practices. However, research indicates a significant deficit of effective school leaders in Sub-Saharan Africa, posing challenges to educational quality assurance. Leadership in schools is crucial for optimizing the utilization of educational resources and enhancing pedagogical practices among teachers, ultimately motivating students to engage in learning activities. Scholars highlight the indispensable role of leadership in determining school effectiveness, underscoring its significance in achieving educational objectives.
