Abstract
In the realm of management education, the need for effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse student learning styles has gained prominence. Traditional lecture-based approaches often fall short in engaging all students. This paper explores the concept of the flipped classroom as a learner-centered instruction method, wherein students take responsibility for their learning, with teachers facilitating the process. Empirical research has highlighted the significance of accommodating different learning styles in management education. This study investigates how the flipped classroom approach can be harnessed to enhance management education by creating teachable moments through lived experiences. These moments offer students invaluable insights into real-world applications of theoretical concepts, equipping them with the practical skills necessary for their future careers.
